accompanied by a top of dill, coriander, oregano and spices

  • to the ITALIAN
garnished with tomato, garlic, peppers, oregano, coriander, chili, turmeric basil

Our little touch accompaniment ... a few drops of hazelnut oil and a soy & vinegar condiment from Xeres ...

Presented in thin slices of carpaccio, all you have to do is arrange the slices on a plate, accompanied by a crunchy salad and toasted toast.
