Smoked Organic Salmon

This salmon of Scottish or Norwegian origin is raised according to strict specifications concerning the organic production method, controlled by an independent body.

It meets specific characteristics, the main ones being as follows:

1 - Water quality at the production site:

Only sites located in an environment with little exposure to the risk of pollution can accommodate organic farming.

2 - The welfare of fish during breeding:

The environment of the fish must be designed so that the oxygen content is naturally sufficient and that, according to their needs, they have enough space to respect the specific behavior of their species.

3 - smoking

Manufactured separately from other salmon.

This salmon, thus raised, obtains a light flesh slightly pink, not very fatty, and crunchy to perfection.

In order to preserve all of its taste richness in this exceptional salmon, it is processed for nearly a week before being marketed whole or sliced.
